This is a “panda-chan happy air mail small zipper bag~!”
Panda-chan is delivering a package by a balloon air mail! She is hoping that her friend will recieve the present on time. The rain just stopped and it is a perfect day to ship the holiday gift~.
The Czech duck button is one of my favorite painted/printed buttons. I love those retro illustrations ~.
